Wildflower Collective Return Policy

At Wildflower Collective, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If it’s not quite what you had in mind, we’re here to help make things right.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of your purchase date for a refund. Items must be:  
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, and fragrances  
- In their original packaging with tags attached  

Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items  
- Gift cards  
- Intimates (e.g., bodysuits, swimsuits) 

How to Start a Return
1. Email Us: Contact us at wildflowrcollectiveteam@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return.  
2. Approval: We’ll review your request and send you a prepaid shipping label if your return is approved.  
3. Ship It Back: Use the label to return your item(s) in their original condition.  

Refunds  
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we’ve received and inspected your return.    

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return an item for a refund and place a new order.  

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll take care of the issue at no cost to you.
